When you send the enquiry form we receive the information you type into it: your name, company, email address, country, the protection zone, quantities, any standard you specify, the references you list and your written requirements. We also receive the IP address and timestamp recorded by the server that receives the form.
We do not set advertising cookies, we do not run third-party analytics on this site, and we do not embed social tracking pixels.
Your details are not used for a newsletter, and there is no automated follow-up sequence. If you do not become a customer, you will not hear from us again unless you write to us.
To quote against a requirement we sometimes have to share part of it with a manufacturer — typically the specification, the quantity and the destination country. We do not pass on your company name or contact details to a manufacturer without telling you, and we never sell or rent enquiry data to anyone.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the email address on the contact page and we will act on it. If deletion conflicts with a record we are required to keep for accounting or customs purposes, we will tell you which part and why.
Enquiry data is held in the website's own database and in the sales mailbox. Access is limited to the people who prepare quotations. We do not claim a certification for our data handling that we have not been audited against — the honest position is that this is a small operation with ordinary, sensible controls.
If this notice changes, the revised version is published on this page. It is not a contract, but it is an accurate description of what we do with the information you send us.
Company name, contact details and the registered entity are placeholders pending the live site. The legal wording above should be reviewed against the jurisdiction the trading entity is registered in before this page goes live.
Write to the email address on the contact page and we will answer directly, including requests to delete what we hold.
